Man, It's HOT!!!!

Independent Free Wheeling Chic L Webb and I went for a nice 3+ hour ride at Fair Hill this morning. Lauri who is fresh of a n awesome 3rd place finish at the Wilderness 101, On a single speed, Was riding very storng today. I must say it was really cool riding with L Webb, and having her on our team for 7 Springs is pretty cool. I have only done a handfull of 24 hour races and this will be the third one with Lauri. Hey, if you have to have a girl on your team why not have the baddest chic around, right. The ride was a blast today and we pretty much had the trails to ourselves. We hit the race course loop and added 5 bridges and Crackhead Bob. It was a great ride. I am feeling much, much better, no more stomach issues, and my legs felt great. We started the ride at 9:00am and by 10:00 it was already pretty fucking hot. The heat didn't seem to bother me as much todat either, I only hope this continues.
