OK, here is my little dilemma. As you might already know I am a big fan of beer. I am also enjoy a really good mountain bike race. On October 6TH is the Kennett Brew Fest, an event I haven't missed in 4 years. I love the brew fest, so many good beers to sample and always a good time. There is also a really good mountain bike race that same day. All a Muchy, in north Jersey is great race. Peaches and I did it last year an even though Peaches had bail out due to legina issues, we still had a great time.
Bottom line, I can't decide which I want to do more. The brew fest is right down the street, so convenience is a big plus, some of the finest craft brewed beers in the world to be sampled. Another big plus.
The race, one of the best courses I have ever done. Great trails and a little more low key than some of the earlier events this year. Plus I think my partner in crime is leaning towards the race.
So I am asking the handful of folks that actually read this stuff to lend me their thoughts. What do you think would be the right choice?
Looking forward to your responses.
Cheers,
Buddy

damn dude. tough choice. I'd have to go with the race, but I'm usually tired of racing by that time of year. sounds like a good time to drink.
i'm not very helpful am i?
Brew Fest
Unless you're racing 'cross October is too late in the year to race...but it's a great time to drink beer.
You can still go out for a long ride on Sunday...that's a win-win.
You'll never be focused on the race. You've raced hard all year. Do what your liver is telling you to do.

BEER
Beer, definitely the beer. Oh, and a pie too!
Choose, but choose wisely!
The beer fest sounds too good to pass up.
I was gonna say the race, but Paulaner? Ommegang? Dog Fish? Those are tough to pass up...
Thanks again for the guidework at White Clay...
Oqui
reward yourself...
you've been racing hard,
drink beer with equal vigor!
choose beer for the 6th, then do the god's country marathon at ski denton later in the month...
All-A-Muchy is a fun time. Reminds me of Michaux, but in New Jersey.
My dilemma is do I do the 50k or 100k?
Either way, I'm sure you'll choose wisely.
