Went back to the Dr's. on Wednesday and he told me I was doing great, he was pretty surprised actually. So now I can start riding again. The problem now is the freekin' heat. I can't remember the last day we didn't see 90 deg. I don't like the heat, I don't do well in the heat. I have been riding in it though. I've even been back on the single speed. I was even thinking about racing Fair Hill tomorrow. Probably not a good idea, more so the heat than the shoulder. It will be a last minute decision.
On another note, since moving into the new house the home brewing was put on the back burner. Not anymore. I am heading to a friends place who has been home brewing for years. He is going to let me use his equipment and help me brew my first all grain beer. Its going to be a pretty big beer, I hope. Hopefully it turns out.
I am hoping to brew a lot more in the near future. I have most of the equipment to do all grain, plus I will be kegging the next couple of batches. I guess it two steps at the same time, all grain and kegging. It should be easier in the long run. I will only have to sanitize one thing instead of 50+ bottles.
Well I gotta roll,
