Stepping It Up A Notch...

This was supposed to be s transition week for me, but it has turned into a rest week. I seem to have picked up yet another cold. Not a real bad one but enough to slow me down. Also my 11 year old nephew is staying with us this weekend so that means no 4 hour rides. Which is a lot easier than keeping an 11 year old entertained. Today I met up with Jay Jay for a little ride at Fair Hill, and for some reason I decided to switch to two to one gearing. I am trying to build up some power. Today was not a good day to make the switch. Because of the cold and being up all night I had no energy, the gear didn't feel that bad I was just sluggish. I think I am going to stick with it for a while. Hopefully it was just the cold effecting me today.

By the way Jay was riding well today. It was all could do to not get dropped. Maybe I will feel better tomorrow.

Later,
Buddy

Yo,

Being sick sucks. Training makes one even more susceptible too. I know I used to get like one cold a year, now training + having a 2 year old, it's like 4 or 5 times a year!

Hey, is he Victory 10 Year Alt any good? Saw a case the other day and almost picked it up. Big fan of all of their stuff.

Get better,

Later.
