The Big Beer Mix Up...

So, last October Peaches and I attended the Kennett Brew Fest. We sampled many great beers, but there was one brewer in particular that Peaches fell in love with. Admittedly, I was a big fan as well. The brewer was the Boulder Brewing Co., the beers in question were there Hazed and Infused, Peaches' favorite and Mojo IPA, my favorite. Well needless to say by the time we hit the Boulder tent we were both a little drunk, OK we were a lot drunk.

Fast Forward to a couple week later, I was visiting my local beverage distributor, where I happen to have a good relationship with the owner, and I asked if he could get Boulder products. He took the info and looked into it.

More time went by and I forgot all about it, until I saw it on tap at Firewaters. I asked Mike again if he could get it. No Luck.

Fast forward one more time, to Jim Thorpe Summer ride, where Jamie had some Hazed and Infused on the ride. I reminded Mike at Waywood about my desire to get a hold of some Hazed and Infused. He tried one more time.

A few more weeks go by and I stop to purchase a case of beer and low and behold there it is. Stacks of Hazed and Infused and Mojo. In my excitement I grab a case of Hazed and Infused and run home. On the way I call Peaches and give him the good news. With much anticipation I pour myself a glass of Hazed and Infused. It was very good and I really enjoyed it, but it wasn't what I expected. Then I remembered I liked the Mojo. So today i went out and got a case of that. Wow, that is a good fucking beer.

Cheers,
Buddy

They finally got their act together. For a while there beer was so, so. Now they are doing a fine job. The H&I is one of my favorites. We just got Victory in our local Beer/Wine shop. The "12" is the bomb. Hop Devil kicks ass!
