All Granogue All The Time...

Our cycling communities little mountain bike race is fast approaching. Since I am the Course Director, I have been spending a whole lot of time there, which I really enjoy. Who wouldn't it is a beautiful place. The name has changed but the venue is the same private DuPont estate. Andrew Mein's Excellent Adventure, will be taking place on May 2ND and you don't want to miss it. In addition to the mountain bike race we will be having a time trial and a trail run race on May 1ST. The other thing you need to be aware of the the HERA Raffle, lots of great prizes to be given away and the proceeds will go to a really good cause. So don't forget to help out Sam and her cause.

The course is coming together nicely thanks to hours of work by volunteers from our community, we couldn't pull this off without them. I can't thank, these people enough. There are also a couple of tweaks this year, nothing major, but something just a little different. So make sure you register here, you won't be disappointed.

I did manage to get out for a ride at WC/MR with the boys on Sunday. Rotten Rob called the ride and many showed up, Peaches, DenS, Brent, Rik, John, Todd, Alan, and whoever else's name I can't remember. With the exception of being crowded the trails were awesome, and the group was fun.

This week it is back to Granogue, and masybe a trip over to Brandywine for a little spin.

Cheers,
Buddy
